Are there Chances of Bleeding during Pregnancy?


There are chances for bleeding during pregnancy and it is normal if bleeding is light. If there is bleeding from lighter to higher then the risk of miscarriage may gets higher.
Bleeding during pregnancy is prominent in the first trimester but it may get settled down when the second trimester starts. The pregnant women are required to have thorough examination while having bleeding. Wear pad if you bleed in order to notice bleeding levels. Never try to wear a tampon or never introduce anything into the vagina. We may come across with the question that is bleeding during pregnancy normal? One of the main outcomes of bleeding is miscarriage.  The common perception is that women who bleed are likely to have miscarriage. It does not mean that all the time.  According to estimates, for about 20 to 30 percent females bleed during pregnancy of first trimester. Only half of them face miscarriage. Overall, fifteen to twenty percent women faces miscarriage due to bleeding. The signs of miscarriage include, vaginal bleeding during pregnancy, cramping in stomach and tissue passing through vagina. Pregnant women are required to follow good dietary plan so that early bleeding miscarriage avoided. 
When to go for medical care? Or is it normal to bleed during pregnancy? When you start bleeding heavily, it becomes obvious to go to a doctor immediately.  This is especially the case, when the women bleeding during pregnancy after twenty eight weeks of pregnancy. This is a true emergency and must be considered. The bleeding at this stage may be accompanied by the abdominal pain. It has been seen that hemorrhage is one of the main cause of death in United States. For about 3 percent of the pregnancies are ectopic. This means such pregnancies are life threatening for the mother. If you are also pregnant and bleeding in your first trimester then do go for check up early for getting treatment in the start.  
Is bleeding during pregnancy normal? No it is not in any case either its lighter or heavy. The reason is that lighter may get stronger with the passing time if it is being neglected. It is best to examine the quantities in which you bleed. Pads can help you in measuring the levels of bleeding. So, is it normal to bleed during pregnancy is with simple answer, the more you bleed the more would be the complications. The complications are not just for the mother but for the fetus as well. So, bleeding during pregnancy can be life threatening for both mother and fetus if it becomes ectopic pregnancy.
